Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch orders within three to five workings day of receiving cleared payment (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Any delays to dispatch times will be clearly stated on the Shopping Basket page. We will email you once your item has been dispatched.
As soon as you enter the delivery country on the shopping basket page it displays the following options:
UK delivery options:
Royal Mail First class Large Letter OR Small Parcel rates - Your order should be delivered 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. These two options are triggered only when you are at the checkout and enter the delivery address. You have to select your choice. If you choose the Large Letter rate the jewellery will come flat packed in a velvet pouch. If you do pick the Small Parcel rate the jewellery is packaged in a branded gift box.

Royal Mail International Standard Information
We ship outwith the UK using this reliable standard international service. The Royal Mail aims to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 7 working days after posting.Large letters may be sent up to 100g, parcels up to 2kg and Printed Papers up to 5kg.
Compensation
Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided. Use our tracking and signature services where higher levels of compensation are required (up to £250).
Trackable
You cannot track your item online with this service. Where tracking and/or signature is required you must email us at sales@jeweltreeedinburgh.com to arrange an alternative International tracking & signature service.
Your order should be delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch. This rate does not include tracking options so if you do require tracking that can be arranged subject to an additional cost which is goverend by the Royal Mail International rates.

International and Rest of the World ( eg USA and Canada) delivery options:
As mentioned above your order should be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
If you require a tracked International service either with the Royal Mail, or eg Fedex you must email us at sales@jeweltreeedinburgh.com to arrange. Prices vary but are usually around £35-40. Prices vary so please contact us and we will give you an exact quote.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only (with the exception of UK Special Delivery and Fedex) and delays may occur.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product/import restrictions and other local requirements. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Some countries (eg United States and EU countries) do not charge import duty for gemstones from the UK; however, if you are unaware of the situation for your own country it is always advisable to make checks of your own.
Should a customer refuse to accept a delivery of their order they are fully responsible for return freight charges and any import duty incurred upon its return.
