Order jewellery from Jewel Tree Edinburgh, an independent online shop owned and run by Sascha, created from the Jewel Tree Studio in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh, where Sascha has resided for the last two decades. Each beautifully handcrafted piece of jewellery from the Jewel Tree Edinburgh Collection is designed by her and in addition she also supplies 925 jewellery sourced from exciting silversmiths based around the world.

Sascha Cochran grew up in the most northerly & remote town in mainland Scotland—Thurso, named after the Viking god Thor. A childhood spent in these formidable far northern Highlands, the most sparsely populated region of Europe, surrounded by its rich and fascinating history, ancient cultures & epic battlefields, laid the early foundations for her signature style of jewellery.

Her daily Highland life embraced rugged rural vistas, mysterious lochs, breath taking beaches, mercurial seascapes, stunning glens and magnificent panoramas, and this, along with the rich and remarkable bejewelled colours of the landscapes and the Nordic light, inspire Sascha Cochran to create jewellery that is indeed remarkable.

Whether it’s a beautiful strand necklace or a one off couture piece for a VIP client, you can feel the tangible essence of Sascha’s Scottish heritage intrinsically woven into each design.

A mother of 2 girls, Sascha Cochran’s approach to design through her collection, is a play on the convergence of femininity and strength, to give every woman natural confidence in who she is.
